Up early for an update to find out there was an error when it was upload so no update yet |huh Working all day here with some 4/5pm |beers| planned followed by watching my Sens play at 7 |hockey| and they better get a win or heads are gonna roll lol, then it's Bills taking on Tampa at 8:15 |football| so it will be a sports filled evening |touchdown Have a good Thursday all |thumb

My wife are I are off on a day trip to Cambridge today. Cambridge, Ontario -- not UK. She's has a little speaking engagement there. I'll probably make some notes of stuff we have to do to get my BIL moved over the next while.

I guess football on TV later tonight.

I may have pushed the gym-thing a bit to far, feeling like shit, but it doesn't affect my daily chores, so I can live with it.

Bought a new brand of food for |dog, and she's constantly begging now

Good Morning :)

Over did it yesterday with the last of the yard work because I wanted to finish. So I see myself taking a few days off to recover plus a Halloween party Saturday night that I missed last year because of my back and don't want a repeat.

It's the usual with lots of heat/ice applications mixed in. I'll probably watch the Bills play tonight as well.
