I slept good. Work all day then playing basketball tis evening and I'll stay at the condo tonight since it's 10 minutes from basketball. Have a good one |coffee is on |thumb

It's hot.
Water isn't helping.
What do you use to hydrate?

Coke makes this stuff called Aquarius here. It's so-so.

I drink water, LOTS of water. Proably 2L a day at least. I don't drink pop/soda at all, only water. Juice very rarely! Water.

My day consistest of 1-2 glasses of water when I wake up, then coffee, then water all day long. Then it's beer or wine if I have drinks at night.
