I'll quit smoking tomorrow
 

I've been smoking for almost nine years now, but lately I've been smoking a pack daily which seems to be a lot to me. I'm sold. Tomorrow will be my first smoke-free day.

Keep us posted, you can easily do this, Nate stopped smoking and I stopped Dippin' almost 3 months ago now :)

Good luck. It ain't easy but it can be done. I'm smoke free for almost 6 months now. The first week or so is the hardest and highly recommend staying away from the usual smoking areas for a couple of weeks.

Grandpa stopped but only because he died of related throat cancer.

I stopped smokin cigs a year or so ago and I have never felt better so good luck with it.

if you smoke, it's only a matter of time before you're ina fuck load of pain and cant get enough morphine or whatever to ease it up(legal euthanasia) .. the sooner you quit, the more time you have before you're dead.. it really sucks watching people die from smoking related shit.. their bodies riddled with cancer.. limbs falling off.. in a world of pain and unable to care for themselves cause their body's organs ahve stopped working one by one.. it's really a fucking stupid thing to do when you know and accept just what you're in for if you don't give it away. all the best to everyone trying to kick the fucking poison.. i started 6 months ago and it's still hard and don't expect it to get easier.. but it is worth it.

I quit almost 2 years ago after smoking for around 18 years. At the same time I quit all drugs(yes I am a pretty boring guy now:)). And I must say that quiting smoking cigarettes was the hardest of them to quit. No comparison.

So good luck if you should try to quit because it is tough. But it is well worth it for both for your health and bank account.|bananna|
