Best place to sell a domain name?

Does anyone have any experience in selling a domain name? i.e. how, where, pricing? Things to avoid?

Does it have traffic? Does it have decent SERPs? Is it a short good type in name? Is it bigger then a bread box?

Or is it just a domain name that you think is great?

Hard to say without knowing what the domain is. As far as I know domains are worth $8 - $10, unless they are like in the stellar variety, like sex.com or men.com or something like that for type in value. Or if it has a good volume of traffic already hitting it.

Cool names are a dime a dozen, depending on who thinks it's cool.

Maybe give us an idea of what you want to offer and you will probably get more help :)

There are many sites such as http://www.sedo.com that you can use to list your domains you want to sell. You can even try ebay. But for anyone here to give you more info suck as what we think its worth, it would help to know the domain name.
