Hello 2 everyone!

I need help and i know this is the only place where i can get one as u guys are gr8!

Ok this is wht i need:
For exapmle i have some static links in my tgp like these:

link to site 1
link 2 site2
link 2 site 3

all these links link to a satic gallery now i want that out of every 10 links the user clicks 2 links go 2 my sponsor, how can i do this??
