Google PR (Pagerank)
 

Hi guys,

I see a lot of posts asking for hardtrades with sites with a PR over 3/4/5 etc...
By now, i think i know what PR in google is : is like a score for the site right? The

bigger, the better!
But my question is :
how do i get my site to have a PR rating?
What factors influence the PR rating?
What do i have to do to get PR?
Is PR a rating by google only or are there any other organizations involved?

Sorry for so many questions but this subject is kindaof buggig in my head...
