How to submit paysites to LL?

Is warning page necessary?
Are reciprocal links needed?
Should I give an access to the members area for review?

Ever place is different.

At my place I only take paysites where I can join their affiliate program.

I just want a clean tour with no warning and no recips to anybody including myself.
