Dollarmachine does not answer to emails

http://www.dollarmachine.com/

Dont reply to my emails.

I wanna ask them why my hits to some if their sites get redirected to http://www.freemoviesanddownloads.com/
And if i still get credit for any sales.

Their sites are good, but the way they handle emails sucks.

Dollarmachine and python and a fucking top notch company.

You can also get ahold of brent@ aka ELVISMANSON

And you get redirected because from what i know norway gets redirected too.
Only traffic from the US, CANADA and NL is accepted.

I asked Dollarmachine if they would consider NOT redirecting perfectly decent traffic from Western countries like Australia.

No deal :(

hmmm can you geo target it yourself and send it to somewhere that will take it?

For the record I stopped actively promoting them quite some time ago because emails and icq's went unresponded...

Then again I have stopped promoting a number of sponsors for that reason.

I am quite sure they are a great program - its unfortunate that so many programs choose to ignore affiliates or are simply too under-staffed to handle basic support requests.

I'm also having some strange problems with Dollar Machine. I have been unable to log into my stats page for a couple weeks so I used their contact page to send them an e-mail explaining the problem....no answer.
Today I ran my linkbot on my link site and discovered my code links were being redirected to a page that just says "This account has been terminated." I was very surprised as I have been in the business since '97 and never have I done anything to be terminated by any sponsor.

I see they have a phone number on their contact page....I'll be giving them a call in the morning.

I stopped promoting them a long time ago too for this very reason. In fact, I've noticed a growing trend amongst affiliate programs of not answering support e-mails, icq's, etc. Why provide a means to contact you if you've got no intention of responding?! Nothing pisses me off more than silence from a program when I need help. |pissed|

DM is fucking awesome

If you have any problems mail brent ------at------ python.com and tell him I sent you and let him know about this thread.

as far as the country thing goes...
why don't you simply geo target your traffic? Adultdialersolution is oidng a perfect job on that one plus many many more.

good luck |roses|

Netpiddler 2004-06-25 01:35 PM

Been there - done that - nothing but tumbleweeds...

Anyway, short of a miracle there is little chance of going back now... though I know my account is still active.

Surfn 2004-06-25 03:38 PM

I have to agree with Netpiddler here. If a sponsor makes you jump through hoops just to get some support what happens if a serious problem arises?

Forget it and move on. There are too many programs with good people willing to answer your questions quickly.
