Changes to listed sites
This has probably been asked before but I can't find anything in the "new and improved, post-harddrive-mutiny" GG&J.
What's the general consensus on pages (mainly the front page, index.html or whatever) that get changed after they are listed. Do most of you guys run a bot and just delete anything that is changed? Do you look to see what was changed? Is it safe to add a counter if you forgot to when you built the site, or to change a recip if someone doesn't list you. Or changing ads or text to do a better marketing job. Common sense tell's me that you chould be ok as long as your site still meets guidelines, but I know there are some cheatin' stealin' sob's out there that have made a lot of folks a little gunshy about that kind of stuff. BTW, this question was directed mainly at link list owners, not TGP owners.

If you don't change the checksum on your index page, Grrenguy will drop you after six months. So there are actually benefits to making small changes.
As long as the changes don't break the rules, I've never been dropped for changes. |
As long as you stay within the rules you should be ok.
Personally I prefer to spend my time building new stuff, but to each their own. |
with me, you can change anything you want, as long as you're still following the rules :)
