I get tons of emails from spammers daily offering to place various domains of mine on the top 10 of google.

Yep, i get that a lot too.
I guess they hit the webmaster (at) domain first
then they go for every name they can think up.
But my emai account automaticaly filter the users that dont exist and send those mails back to tehir postmaster.
Still i get at lot

They might be grabbing your information from whos databases as well as just generally spamming everyone knowing that a large percentage have their own websites.

It's also possible they purchased a webmaster mailing list.

A little off topic, but I got spammed on my cell phone today - some offer for discounted text messages - LOL

It would certainly help Tommy. We both know however, that anything sent to any address at one of our domains will be delivered. Yes we can filter the crap, but they are just hoping to catch the occasional newbie and scam them.

It's a numbers game just like what we doing selling porn. Throw your product in as many views as you can and some will bite.

On one of my new domains I put my email in javascript, but that didn't matter. I'm getting spam to that one now too.

What really pisses me off is the CP spam I'm getting to the email I have used to submit to LL's |chainsaw|

I guess one of these days Im gonna have to send a reply to one of these SE places and tell them to get me shown for "sex" in the english language results in the top 10 or 11 - owuld be fun to watch them squirm |jester|
