ok... I'm going to build a nude model site,similar to.... www.peachez18.com.... not the look or design of peachez18, but the setup where it features a specific girl and guys sign up for memberships to see pictures & videos of this model... except, we're gonna have a cover girl and other links to other girls, so it'll be 'so and so & friends' ..... but my question is, for this, is there any specific tips anyone here might be able to offer? tips to how to approach it; as in, how to be really original with it, what to take into consideration, and most importantly... how to set it up so that visitors can pay through credit card to become members to the site? also, what specific content would not only bring more visitors, but keep their attention focused on the site?... besides beautiful women, we have that covered, but what should the women offer as far as anything additional to pictures and videos?

Tip #1- don't be counting on making money right away. It's harder than it looks, altho still quite possible. So, conserve your capital, move slowly but surely, and don't over-promise your talent and your investors and yourself.

Tip#2 - it's all about the traffic. Building such a site is easy compared to getting traffic for such a site. So, plan your overall strategy about traffic, not the construction of the site.

Tip#3 - watch your money like a hawk. Never spend $10 when you can spend $5. While it's true that you have to spend money to make money, there are portions of this industry that are thick with theives, and the small paysite design and operations businesses historically have been among the worst offenders.

There are services like ccbill and ibill and others that will set you up with credit card processing systems. This will cost you a bit of money- typically around $1000 give or take.

A live cam show is typically the centerpiece of a site like that. have a show 2-5 times a week to start, announce on your main members area page when the show times are, and keep that schedule. Accept that in the beginning the shows might only have a few watchers, it takes time to build traffic.

Don't be in a hurry- you'll waste money and credibility.
