just want to know if most link site owners mind if their recip table colors are ok to change to match the colors of the free site being submitted

Speaking for myself, I don't care what color the links are as long as they point back to the right place.

As for my own submissions, I have been using text-only recips for about six months now and have not had a problem (that I'm aware of - there may be link list owners cursing me under their breath).

For me the more creative text link the better :)

I prefer that you use the ones that I put up, but I don;t hold it against anyone of the colors are changed (as long as the text & the links are not fucked up)

I prefer mine unchanged (colors and fonts match my list style) but - like greenguy says, so long as the text and links aren't fucked up... :)

I really prefer that the one I provide is used. It has to do with branding of my site.

I allow changing size, font as long it looks nice. I even recomend changing colours to fit submiters site

Yep, know what you mean. I've personally decided the branding is secondary to the potential SE traffic...but I could easily change my mind if it doesn't work out.
