I'm not the LL owner but my guess would be simply because the recip has been altered....while personally I think formatting the reciprocals the way you did makes the page look much more uniform...some list owners consider reciprocal modification a reason to decline the page no matter how slight.

I've had people reject me before because I changed the coloring of their reciprocals text (even though with my setup their reciprocal would have faded into the background with their original settings).

For your next submission attempt perhaps submit the warning page to this LL using their exact formatting and see if that gets you past their reviews.

As far as I know they don't allow sponsor content.

Actually you are right... and the recip link is absolutely fine. Not sure why you would have received a rejection for that. I apologise :)

And no... Link Fabulous does not list sites with sponsor content.

I have been wondering why don't LL owners, when they built those table recips, didn't put right bg colors and link colors in place? Well, most do, but there is recips that vanish in my site's background often and I have to do extra work and edit them.

I haven't got rejected for that yet...

LOL... I wonder the same thing!!! When I make a site it takes a few hours... then it takes another few hours fixing the LL recips!

Link Fabulous does NOT accept any free sites with free content

Your sites are fine and I have accepted them at other link lists I have... but Link Fab is a "Sponsor Content Free" zone :D

Hope that explains it better.
