M3Server - Simplecom.net

do you use it ??

Everything is fine for me, but I'm not on the same server that you are on. They have lots of servers. M3Server is not one giant machine.

hi cleo :)

this is the error message that I am getting when trying to open
Auto Gallery SQL on a site hosted with M3Server - Simplecom.net

here:

Content-type: text/html
A FATAL MYSQL ERROR HAS OCCURRED
================================
Error Message : Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)
Caller : main::SQLConnect <- (eval)

?? what might that mean ??

can't say for sure. but from the looks of it, someone owes you an SLA credit.

The error (2002) Can't connect to ... normally means that there is no MySQL server running on the system or that you are using an incorrect Unix socket filename or TCP/IP port number when trying to connect to the server.

Bell send them an e-mail with subject MySQL server down so that they can restart MySQL on your server and see why it crashed.
