Getting Listed - Couple of Questions

Hi All,

I am building some free sites though I want to find partners I can submit to who accept the images on HTML pages.

I want todo it this way round as I beleive that it helps with SE's finding the page and also as I get to add a banner/textlink to each footer - well thats want I want to do.

the url is -

http://www.smithslookup.co.uk/britis...fold/index.htm

Basically I have

Index - 8 links to LL, 1 sponsor link.

Main - Two sponsor links, Links to Gal, and also to a topic relevant T/L

Gallery 1 & 2 - Two links to sponsors

I really need to know if I can do HTML pages as this is my preference, if you acept this type of subbmission letme know please.

Any feedback on my efforts wil be app. I have not done the meta tags, I will be adding these today and they will targetted to key words - British centerfold.

Thanks in advance Paul -

For some reason, I do still accept pics on html pages - LOL

But one thing I did notice about your 1st page is that it does not fit on an 800x600 monitor :(

This should help you locate usable sites =)

In my experience most LLs (at least the ones worth submitting to) expect the thumbnails to link directly to the larger image....but search around and test things out and see what works well for you.

Cheers GG & Bunny -

The dam recip links drvie me mad as we all have different sizes needs to be a industry standard so I know how big to make my boxes :-)

Shame about the HTML pages is there a reason for this at all - also I meant to ask whats a fair size for the image?

looks like its ditch the HTML :-(

Most are 150-200 wide, so you can sometimes get away with 4 across if they are 150 - but for the most part I stick to 3 across in a 750 wide table - seems to work well & doesn't make the pages look cluttered.

Of course, say you have 6 sites with 200 wide recips & 4 sites with 150 wide recips, a row of 3 200's, then a row of 4 150's & another row of 3 200's does also look very nice :)

I have changed it a little so hopefully it will open OK on the screen size mentioned.

And corrected the spelling, off to buy some content then see if I can get my ass on some lists - Oh the joys the joys
