thought i'd share my latest air travel experience.. was on the plane from brisvegas(australia) to melbourne a few days ago.. we were coming in over the bay.. was very windy about 60knots.. the wings were dipping low and occasionally dropping 5-10 meters leaving my stomach brushing the back of my teeth.. 4 people behind me threw up.. it was kinda freaky because i was nursing a 3 month old infant.. and if she wasnt buckled in i'd expect her flying through the cabin would have been well beyond my control.. i think i'll drive next time and make a holiday of it. :-)

Public transport sucks.

I had a very bad time on a Virgin Train a few weeks back. Like a 200 mile journey with 600 seats on the train and 800 passengers.

Never again.

We just flew in from Jamaica into Miami and upon landing the plane did a little side kick out, thought we were gonna roll the bitch.. I HATE flying.

lol. have to love those flying stories, my guy just read them and said, hell you go alone to vegas in januar, i am not flying!!! long hours flying from the netherlands to vegas|sad|

over water...

Although my experience with flying is limited to an 8 hour flight from Denmark to New York... and back I must admit I love it :)
But maybe thats just the physisist in me thats twisting my thinking LOL

i dont mind flying, but i dont like kids puking on the back of my seat while my stomach is lurching up toward my neck and the wing of the plane is pointing into the sea rather than at the horizon :-)

Last time I caught a train in the UK (Feb) from Lutton to Sheffield I nearly shit, I thought I was on the Bombay express... Like sardines we were... what a mess... Urb, you would not believe the trains here mate... another world, another world!

If you need some company, just pick me up in Antwerp on your way to the airport and I'll fly with you (on your expense ofcourse, we're not gonna go dutch :) )
