Does ccbill use different ways of monitoring affiliate id's? I notice with some sites I pass my code in the string to, my code will appear in the form on the signup page in a hidden field like "referer_id". But other sites I send my id to this doesnt show up in the form at all. Does this matter?

Are you signed up to promote the sites that your ID is not showing up on?

I don't really know how CCBill works but I thought they used cookies so if for any reason the cookie gets lost you loose credit for the sale.

The referer_id should always be on the sign up page if it was referred from your ccbill ID.

I'd seriously double check the code that is on the sponsors pages leading to the sign up.
