So my argument with someone was that he MUST encode it in h264 codec, he was doing in h265 HVEC and insisting it was fine, which it is not fine because most people cannot play those. But he didn't...

What does everyone know or use for video codecs? I of course do everything in h264 codec for site members areas but I have a guy telling me I should be doing them in h265 (guy being a producers)....
