stuveltje :) girl you got it - PR doesnt mean much of anything...Id rather have a site with a PR0 or 1 with 1000 keyword combinations ranking in the SE results than a PR5 with nothing in the results...

some places will list you within 3 days if...
some places will list you within 3 days if accepted...some take months...usually the time to get listed is somewhere in the submit rules (you probably have to read them all) - all depends on how...
