40k TGP open for submissions - and free partner accounts

Ok, I've been using FHGs for the whole time on my TGP. But I decided to stop being lazy and start taking submissions.

My TGP has now around 40k uniques a day, without any skim.

I wouldn't use flash on any of my sites simply because I'd be losing traffic (as you said before). I never even look for flash stuff...
