With directv i had hbo and all of them and there was nothing on them anymore ever and i have netflix for 8bux a month plus hulu and crakle free so just wondering if they have the main cable networks...

I will try that, is it easy to make good cropped thumbs in fixed sizes, ie pull a box around a certain area that makes it look good but still have it come out at right pixel size i preset?

You can do a site with your own content with pornaccess real easy, then you benifit from all their affiliates and billing etc and of course hosting infastructure etc too.
