After checking all the posts about the new LOR rules I count 29 link lists that will follow suit. i make recip tables using 9 or 12 recips/table so we need a few more to get on the wagon.

I was checking submitted sites and found one that is 404. I know servers go down, etc. so how long do you wait before you delete the site from your list or does 404 mean the site is totally gone...
