just my opinion but advertising the sponsor you are promoting on each page ( especially using banners that advertise prices on them ) is not a very good idea... most of the webmasters that are gonna...

same opinion here... it doesn't look good with all of the scrollbars and nobody is gonna want to scroll all over your page just to see your banner ads.... it will probably just cause then to exit you...

depending on the topic of the posts you read they might just be saying submit your site to LINKSITE.com because that link list gets a lot of search engine traffic and will send a lot of quality hits...

yeah you can pretty much send traffic wherever...
yeah you can pretty much send traffic wherever you like as long as it is legal... and using an FPA before the sponsor can be beneficial because you can use/control exit consoles if you want to and...

the warning page should always have banners/ads on it... it is the first thihng the surfer sees when clicking on your site and you can get a substantial numer of clicks to sponsors from your warning...
