If the system works differently for poor and rich, which I am sure it does, and the poor guy gets convicted when the evidence doesn't support it, then yes, the system is faulty. But what I'm reading...

Why not move the old domain/sites to your new...
Why not move the old domain/sites to your new host and just leave it, and make all your new submits from the new domain? This way you won't have to send 100 e-mails and you avoid pissing anybody off.
