Despite also being spammed by this person... the emails had nothing to do with my decision/opinion.
It is the SE practices of this person that make them a bad(and risky) link partner.
Don't just link blindly for PR!
Investigate your links swaps!
Be suspect of people that never post urls publically!
Look at who "ISN'T" linking to the person that wants the swap.. it will tell you alot about them
