I agree, if they are yanking domains without due process they've just shot themselves in the foot imho.
In this line of business spamming will ALWAYS be an issue, whether its an affiliate trying to generate sales, a surfer that forgot he opted into a mailing, or a normal sponsors newsletter someone doesn't bother to click the 'remove' button to.

Then a registrar accepts annon complaints and yanks without even bothering to check details?? thats utter BS!
That leaves anyone using that registrar vulnerable even to malicious reports.

At the VERY least they need a verification format to follow, then a warning process ... BUT I personally don't think its the registrars place to intervene, a host I can understand but a registrar?? hmmm

Has anyone ever heard of this happening before? I honestly can't recall hearing about any.
