That's one thing I will definately agree on, though I'm unsure how practical it is from a producers end. I know that I only use 24 pics per free site and 16 per TGP gallery and the rest goes bye-bye. Of course, if producers only sold us 30 pics per set we'd be complaining that the pics don't show enough skin or they show too much skin or 'there isn't enough to choose from'. There's no way to win that game.
As far as over exposed content goes, I've built several free sites with bargain basement content and never had a problem. Reviewers don't see purchased clearance content anywhere near as much as they see sponsor stuff.

As for Bargain Basement Content as opposed to sponsor content well even a set that sells out at $5 and is sold 100 times will get less exposure than a free set from a sponsor. there is also the time factor, sponsor content is picked up as soon as it's released and then submitted. Bought content is sold over a period of years, the chances of a reviewer seeing and remebering he saw that set that week are slim.
But some people are still convinced if they get everything for free they will make money.
