We tryed Urchin a couple years ago but we didn't like it because it runs on the server and hogged up resources and caused some problems.
I would suggest having your server admin configure your sites to zip up the log file each day and save it in a directory. Then just download to your machine at your convenience and parse it locally on your pc with a log analyzer such as

That's what I do.
For a live view of what's going on I have been using Live Person/ HumanClick for a few years. This software lets you view everyone on any of your pages. (that you have the code on)
I put the code on all my tour pages and member pages. I can see where every visitor came from and what pages they looked at and are currently on in real time. There are other features too that you may be interested in. Look at:
