I figured it was something like that. The thing that tripped me up is I've never had to do this sort of thing before.

It's bad enough filling out forms for my own government.

And I HATE having to send anything by snail mail LOL

You know people, I think I'm getting tired of international borders. When are we going to unite and form the People's Republic of the Internet?
