Nice, I am in the process of backing things up and decided to call Dell to see how much it would cost to replace the hard drive just in case I have to.
So I call them and not once but twice I get someone who can barley speak English, both times it was bad enough I could not have a conversation with them, so I go to the site and use their “live chat” option.
I go through the process and get a live tech support that lets me ask my question and he ask for a few more things and when I think I am going to get an answer the chat crashes.
After a few mins of refreshing to see if it will be back up I say fuck it… sent an email. So if I am lucky I will have an answer in a week.
