Anyway, I am not a newbie when it comes to image vote sites. Therefore, I am going to give you some very good advise. You might want to talk to attorney and see about doing something similar to

Do not pass go before you take down the image bearing the copyright notice of
www.sweetlocals.com. Even if you have sign up with them, you are not showing a banner with their image. You are asking for trouble and this will not go very far when you are called - "If you see any pic that shouldn't be here email us at:
webmaster@NudeScores.com".
Start over and seed the site with purchased content. You might want to try something from rockbottomcontent or Paul's bargainbasement site.
