Eventually you wouldn't have any webmasters left because every webmaster goes through a period where the joins they send aren't going to yield the sponsor a profit. Just about all PPS programs look at the overall numbers over the long run to determine the program's profitibilty. One webmaster might only return 80% but another will return 150%. Once you start canning anyone under 100% then you have no right to call yourself a PPS program. SICCash is not PPS - it is a crappy revshare program as they take no losses on individual webmasters and payout no bonuses to well performing webmasters. A real revshare program takes no losses and pays out bonuses. A real PPS takes losses but doesn't pay out bonuses. Personally I was canned from SICCash because of a bad couple of months based on a very small sample of signups. Of course the previous 3 years based on a much greater number of signups were not taken into consideration. . . maybe they're just complete morons.
