Hey Everyone...
Hope all of you are having a $weet day.
I'm feeling a bit better these days. The stomach ulcer seems to have stabilized due to a few minor dietary adjustments:
1. Cut back on the red meat and cheese - BIG TIME
2. Cut back on the fried foods, snacks and alcohol - Big TIME
3. Cut back on

and smoking in general - IT HAD TO BE DONE

4. More veggies, yogurt (if you can believe it) B12, fish, and steamed and not so much on the fruit juices have really helped me out.
5. Getting more sleep and starting to workout again.
6. My girlfriend is working on getting me a special diet from Venezuela. It turns out both sets of her grandparents had H Pylori and kicked it without antibiotics and eventually got back to eating whatever they wanted. I'll keep you posted.
Just think: its only 60 some odd days till spring!!
