First off, yes, go with Dream Weaver. Once in dreamweaver, switch the view to code. You'll pick up html very quickly this way.
Second, about your site. Putting in a search for the phrase "phone sex" on google gives
this result . Take apart these sites. Look at the source, back links, site design, etc. Find out how they placed so highly. Use what you find to develop your own site. This is where I would start. You can't build anything without a sturdy foundation.
