AdultLounge has also implemented the MAS software from Mansion Productions, which just won the most innovative product at the 2005 Xbiz Awards. MAS, serves as the backbone to the AdultLounge Award Winning Members’ Area and allows AdultLounge the ability update their members’ area daily, keeping their content fresh and up to date. This in turn generates higher retention rates and more money for our webmasters.
Our Live Person Chat feature allows customers of AdultLounge sites to interact online with a help desk representative for all their support needs. Live Person Chat increases the satisfaction of our AdultLounge members and in turn, generates higher retention rates for our webmasters.
Coming soon will be the launch of AdultLounge Customer Loyalty Program aimed at increasing retention rates for webmasters even further. This program offers incentives for users with trial memberships to convert into monthly memberships by enticing them with free DVDs and other offers, for a every month they renew their membership. These longer memberships mean more revenues for AdultLounge Webmasters.
