As a sponsor i have helped people out when ever they asked for it.. Haven't really been that much, but linked a few from my sites to help them get some traffic trades started and helped them get started on tgp'ing.
Most that do ask though have been very fresh newbies so much of the time it's been more a matter of explaining them the rules of the game.. what to do and what not to do..
From the affiliate point of view i have allways had very sad experiences though when trying to get help/tips from sponsors to sell their sites.. Has allways seemed rather odd to me as it really would be in their interest aswell..
