I'd make that table only four columns wide and five rows high (assuming you are sticking with 20). That way could have some breathing room in there instead of forcing line breaks in unnatural areas. I'd would also balance it out so that the ones that are three lines of text all end up in the same row, and so on. It's kind of crappy looking when the text is jammed up against the cell borders too.
