One really good way to get your sites blacklisted is to sell your 404 traffic to a sponsor. I blacklisted a webmaster last week because he had some broken thumbs in his galleries and when I clicked on them, I got sent to a web page that tried to install four trojans on my computer. After he contacted me and explained that he wasn't doing that, it was the sponsor he sells his 404 traffic to, I told him to write me after he dumps that sponsor. I'll test it again and reinstate him if his 404 page is clean.
