Whip'em Out Wednesday (or WOW) is a promotion of sorts they started a long time ago - the concept is that if you have a WOW sticker on your car & a chick sees it on a Wednesday, she'll flash you.

It's never happened to me, but I do have my WOW sticker on my vehicle
