I'm listed with Chameleon and Advanced(I think) and only about 200 submissions per day make it to my queue, but I filter fairly heavily. The first thing you want to do start blacklisting the free hosts. That helps a little bit. Then, as you start reviewing, keep a mental note of the things you don't like about submissions. Do the descriptions suck? Does a submitter use the same descrip every time? Do they have an odd habit of saying 'blonde' when the chick is a brunette? Do they always submit to the wrong category. Then start banning them for it. Those may seem like simple little mistakes, but if a submitter is always wrong or you just never accept their galleries for whatever reason, it's just makes life easier to start filtering them out as soon as possible.
