Chop Smith thanks for your post. I knew what you meant : )

I have asked the question many times after reading a post, "Who is that!". And many times, I posted something that came out completely wrong and didnt have anything to do with what I was trying to say.

I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. I've been involved in this business for a while now. I didnt make it rich, nor do I have any clout. And, most people dont know me from Adam. I didnt join/register at greenguyandjims to be a part of the contest. I joined/registered for the exact reasons you mentioned, "to gain knowledge from each other and to seek the guidance of mainstays in the business".

I won the contest yesterday for two reasons. Greenguy posted, "you dont think I am hoping for a person with only 5 posts to win", or something close to that. I won with only had 6-7 posts at the time. I think Greenguy was hoping that one of those "old time board members" would have won. But, when my name came up he could have easily checked the number of posts I made, tossed me out, and choose another "popular person" as the winner. That speaks very loudly to his integrity. The second reason I won was because of what Nad did. He posted a congrats to me. My feeling is that he was on the board and could have easily claimed his prize. That speaks to his integrity.

In the short time I have been registered, I posted when I thought I had something to contribute. I have a sincere belief that if you dont know what your talking about, dont answer the questions. And I dont know squat about making a profit in the Link List or TGP business. But, I'm learning I opened a Link List last week prematurely. It still needs lots of tweaking, traffic and submitters. But when I think its ready, I will be seeking advice and guidance from the knowledgable people on this board on how to make it profitable.

Chop Smith you will see me posting. I just dont have the time to do it everyday.

Thanks to everyone that sent their congrats

And most of all, thanks again to Greenguy and Jim for the wonderfully large prize!

Keep up the good work guys
