Welcome to the last Tuesday of February 2005
Started a diet yesterday - they say if I want to get down to 170 lbs I should take in a max of 1700 calories a day, so that's my goal

I've gained 10-12 lbs since Miami (fucking holidays kicked my ass) so I need to loose that & a little more.
Not much going on today except for the
Radio Show which will probably not be as popular as last weeks
