2. If you're sending his free sites - who is he?
3. What is your link list that you want HE to submit to?
4. To get submissions submit in all "adult resource sites". Looking for Link Lists? Here's a good place to start:

Otherwise, I can't tell you where to get some english lessons, but it will be good for your business if you're taking it seriously
