Since the whole drama began with my h pylori, I've been eating the "right" foods, avoiding booze, excessive amounts of

and for about a month now, basically doing some light running and heavy jogging as well as push ups and sit-ups in the last 4-5 days.
The result? I've lost two inches around my waist (from 36 to 34) I feel better and I have more stamina for other

things as well as losing about 5 pounds.
I'll keep you posted as to how this goes.
