I asked, "do they send mail", got my answer and then commented on people who let you run their recips and don't have the courtesy to say they don't want to run your page.

Besides, I find that one site didn't even review 5 out of 6? Why would I grovel to them and ask why in some thread about their LL. It makes more sense to just forget them and move on. It's evident they aren't opposed to me running their link and then not even bothering to load my page one time.
