I got sick of often seeing the exact same site submitted with the same problems fifteen minutes after I declined it.
I also got sick of the hate mail.
It also just became too time consuming to select the proper decline reason.
Also besides declining for not following my rules I get some many submits that I only list the better ones so telling someone that I didn't list their site because I just didn't like it doesn't go over real well.
This is what the TGPs have been doing for years now so this is nothing new. We have stats so it is no big deal to see if someplace is listing you and then there is boards like this one for finding out why you aren't getting listed.
