Of course, you also have to take into account the time of day, the day (weekend, holiday) but I'd say a sponsors goal would be for you to hear back from them within 1 business day at the most. |
i always like the "we're looking in to your issue/situation/request" email. even if it is automated, at least you know that it is in their system.
