i actually have this problem on most all of my content.. and i've found 3 ways to solve it..

1) MML's way by using other content to upsell .. but i try to match the content to one of the hosts...so i can promote to them.. like i had some chubby latina content and i used a chubby latina host for the link..

2) DD's way.. i send them disposable cameras which they have pics taken and return the camera to me to have it put on disc...or i arrange some photo shoots for them.. and out of those i get content pics..

3) some webcams allow you to adjust the size such as the Logitech 4000 pro.. if you use the software that comes with it and set your size at the 620x480 it gives you a big enough shot so you can crop it to 500 and optimize so if you are providing the cameras to the host or they want a recommendation on what to buy.. see if you can find ones that allow you to have larger pics.

other ideas:

If you do tgp2..you can use 400 on html..and that would allow you to put a nice frame around the shot.. making it 400.

for those using video cams, they can shoot a 30 or 40 second wav or similar and then you can use software to capture each still frame, so you have continueous shots as well, which some TGP's/LL are requiring.. *series shots*.
