I disavow all responsibility for the traffic sign on I-695 near UMBC that once read, Jack and Jeff's Beltway.
Jack and Jeff were the sysadmin's of UMBC's computers, and they didn't like me very much. Jack didn't want to get his Doctorate because he would then become Dr. Seuss. He did later get his PhD though.
