Had to throw a couple in here...

1. Virtually every line from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, but the one that springs to mind is, "Now go away, or I shall taunt you a second time!" (french soldier-type busting King Arthur's balls at the castle wall)

2. "They're already dead, they just don't know it yet" The Crow

3. "If you're gonna shoot shoot... don't talk" The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly

4. "I haven't met very many happy people... how do they act?" and/or "There is no other music, not in my house" The Big Chill

5. "Ow! You shot me you A-hole" Austin Powers, The Spy Who Shagged Me (tons of others from that movie too!)

6. "I'm looking for Ray Finkle.... and a clean pair of shorts" Ace Ventura, Pet Detective

I can think of about a million more all of a sudden, but I'll stop there
